Nuala Reddy started her career in childcare as a nanny in 1988 in London.

After seven years, she started maternity nursing which involves post natal care of mother and child in their own home on their discharge from the maternity ward. This work took her all over Europe as well as Mauritius and Antigua.

During this time Nuala cared for single babies, twins and triplets, quite often finding herself "mucking in" and helping with older children in the household. throwing herself into whatever needed to be done in the house.

Recognised for her hard work, dedication and love for her work and for children, Harpers and Queen listed her as one of the top ten maternity nurses in the UK in 2001. Nuala decided to return to Ireland in 2001 after an interview on Marian Finnucane brought in a flow of work. She continued working overseas as well as Ireland until 2006. It was at this time Nuala started specialising in sleep training babies and children as well as dealing with behavioural problems and did more interviews including the Irish Independent, the Irish Times, Social and Personal, East Coast FM and Newstalk. With twenty two years experience in childcare, Nuala has a wealth of information to share with parents. She has a relaxed and informal approach which in turn makes parents feel relaxed and comfortable with her. No matter what your circumstances are, Nuala will rise to the challenge undaunted. Parents are constantly surprised at how quickly their children can be turned around.

Nuala provides a maternity nurse service from birth and a sleep training service for babies and children from six months. The oldest she has sleep trained has been 11 years old. She also tackles behavioural problems in children.

Based in Dublin, Nuala travels nationwide for work and overseas.
